Wellness Tuesday: 7 Reasons to Reduce Stress in Your Life

Stress is a major factor in life.  Some people handle stress better than others.  There are some types of stress I handle better than others.

  1. Lowering our stress helps us to sleep better at night
  2. Too much stress will negatively affect our blood pressure
  3. Too much stress turns others off and reduces our social relationships
  4. Negative stress effects our mood and increases depression
  5. Stress effects our appearance by adding dark circles and increasing opportunities for break outs
  6. We are more productive when we are not stressed out
  7. Stress effects other areas of our lives, such as the inability to lose weight
