Book Review: In Hidden Places

In Places Hidden, Tracie Peterson writes a beautiful love story, intertwined with a mystery.

Camrianne Coulter heads to San Francisco to find her brother, Caleb, whom she has not heard anything from in three months.  On the train out west, she makes friends with Kenzie Gifford and Judith Gladstone.

Once Camrianne and her friends arrive in San Francisco, she sets out to find her missing brother.  In the meantime, she meets Caleb’s acquaintance, Patrick Murdock.  The two are drawn closer together while they search for Caleb.

In the meantime, Camrianne and Patrick’s search is ruffling the feathers of some powerful men in the city.  In order to make things right and save a life, a dangerous mission has to be undertaken.

The story is masterfully written and leaves one anxiously waiting to see what happens next, especially as the story climaxes.

This is the first book in a new series, Golden Gate Secrets, by Tracie Peterson and I look forward to seeing how the remainder of the series unfolds, especially as Camrianne, Caleb and their friends continue to fight for what is right, against some very powerful forces.

I recommend In Places Hidden, by Tracie Peterson.
