Wellness Tuesday: 9 Healthy Snack Options

I struggle with finding healthy snack options.  This is true both while at work when I need additional energy and at night.

Some ideas of healthy snacks are:grape and cheese

  1. Hard boiled eggs—have a lot of protein
  2. Pumpkin seeds
  3. Trail Mix
  4. Grape and Cheese Sticks
  5. Greek Yogurt with Fruit
  6. Sweet Potato Fries
  7. Krispy Kale Chips
  8. Healthy Popcorn
  9. Nuts

The biggest thing I have to remember is to eat these in moderation and to check the serving sizes, instead of mindlessly eating.
