Last week, I shared tips about hills leading to strengthening legs.   However, what about my arms?

When walking, I don’t use my arms as much, other than to swing by my side.

So I have to make a concerted effort to work my arms.

Some ways to do this include:

  1. Arm exercises
  2. Using resistance bands when exercising
  3. Using an exercise ball for movement exercises
  4. Carry weights or dumbbells when walking
  5. Use cans for strength training
