Wellness Tuesday: Thrown Off Track

I was proud of myself.  I was doing so well with my weight loss journey.  I’d lost 45 pounds and was diligent in my exercise and eating routine.

Even through a traumatic event in my life I kept this routine and diligence.

However, after the event passed I began to notice that my interest was waning.  This was slow at first and I fought to work through it and overcome the issues.

Then other changes occurred, including going on vacation and I got off schedule.  This has led to a slight weight gain.

Even with just these few pounds I can tell the difference.  I feel fat and unhealthy.

Now it’s time to start over and get back on track.
