Wellness Tuesday: The First Step
Any new endeavor is scary. However, they all start with that first step. We just have to take a deep breath and do it.
Weight loss is the same way. We have to start with the first step.
- That can mean putting the ice cream down.
- Walking to the stop sign and back.
- Being honest with how out of control we are.
- Realizing we are not honoring God’s temple.
I’ve discovered that when I make that first step the additional steps will usually follow.
