Wellness Tuesday: Just Do It
I’ve shared my struggles with sticking to my routine. Life got in the way, schedule changes were made and I back pedaled.
It is so easy for me to make excuses about why I’m not exercising or eating right.
However, the only person I’m hurting is myself.
I see how much better I feel about myself and how my attitude improves when I exercise and eat the way I need to.
Do you make excuses?
Join me in declaring, “I’m going to stop making excuses. I’m just going to do it. I’m going to do whatever is necessary to get healthy.”
So now it’s time to just do it! Isn’t that the Nike slogan?
