Wellness Tuesday: New Year’s Resolutions
We just brought in a new year.
With a new year usually comes New Year’s resolutions.
But how often do we make these resolutions?
What do we resolve to change?
Often to lose weight
However, how long before we are back to our old routine?
An hour? A day? A week? A month? Three months?
So what can we do to reach this goal?

Once that change is part of your routine and as normal as breathing then make another small change.
That sounds a lot easier than saying I need to lose a whole person.
