It’s Okay to Cry
There are times when we are hurting that there are just no words to express how we feel.
Our heart is broken. All we want to do is cry.
It’s okay to cry.
Sometimes tears are the best way to express all of the emotions we have pent up inside. Crying is a healthy for us. Research shows that crying releases stress, removes toxins, lowers blood pressure, and helps our emotions.
Ecclesiastes 3:4 says, “there is a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance”.
Solomon, the author of Ecclesiastes, knew there was a time for weeping and mourning, however in time it will pass and we will laugh and dance.
So, remember it is okay to cry.
Sometimes our tears are the only way we have in which to express ourselves. Remember that tears are a language.
