Although I struggle to stay motivated and exercise, I have discovered that when I exercise there are benefits to working

Some of the benefits I’ve discovered are:

  1. I feel better on both the inside and outside
  2. I have more energy
  3. I’m not as stressed
  4. I sleep better at night
  5. I am able to concentrate better and get more work accomplished in a day
  6. I am more focused and organized
  7. Exercise lifts depression and helps me think clearer
