Wellness Tuesday: The Benefits of Exercise
Although I struggle to stay motivated and exercise, I have discovered that when I exercise there are benefits to working
out.
Some of the benefits I’ve discovered are:
- I feel better on both the inside and outside
- I have more energy
- I’m not as stressed
- I sleep better at night
- I am able to concentrate better and get more work accomplished in a day
- I am more focused and organized
- Exercise lifts depression and helps me think clearer
