With the start of 2016, I made the goal to exercise at least fifteen minutes every day.  I was so proud of the progress I was making.  Until, at the end of January I had a bout of pneumonia.  For two

weeks I struggled to just survive.

Since, then I have struggled to return to my routine of working out.  However, it’s not been as easy as I’d hoped.

I work a job where I am on my feet the majority of the day.  By the time I get off, I’m exhausted.  I’ve discovered if I don’t exercise right after getting off, more times than naught it’s not going to happen.

I even made arrangements to work out with a friend.  However, even that did not turn out as easy as I expected.  We had some differences to work through, but the biggest factor became the need to work over.  This made it impossible to keep our appointments.

So I continue to strive to get back on schedule and return to my goal of working out a minimum of fifteen minutes a day.
