Wellness Tuesday: The First Step

We just have to take that first baby step and grow from there

We just have to take that first baby step and grow from there

Any new endeavor is scary.  However, they all start with that first step. We just have to take a deep breath and do it.

Weight loss is the same way.  We have to start with the first step.

  • That can mean putting the ice cream down.
  • Walking to the stop sign and back.
  • Being honest with how out of control we are.
  • Realizing we are not honoring God’s temple.

I’ve discovered that when I make that first step the additional steps will usually follow.
