Music Biography

Diana Leagh MatthewsLeagh began playing the piano at 4 years old.  By the age of 10, she was accompanying her father.  They performed together until his death.  She has been a vocalist for over 15 years ago.

Leagh has a Bachelor’s in Music from Lander University.  She has served local churches, worked in the local schools and daycares, taught private lessons, and performed for nursing facilities.

Leagh believes that “Music is the Universal Language” and speaks in ways words cannot.

She has written and performed several cantatas.  She wrote her first song, “I’m Going Home,” and has many more in the works.

Leagh will bring messages of His love through song to your next event. With Leagh you get both a vocalist and speaker.  Through inspiring words and lyrics she will empower you to seek the One who brings about change.

Her testimony of redemption will offer hope in the musical styles of the Gaithers, Sandi Patty, Ray Boltz, Karen Peck and many other Southern Gospel Favorites.

Leagh would love to lead your service in worship with song and her testimony.   She’s also available to open your conference, banquet or gathering.

Leagh is an accomplished vocalist and has been teaching piano and voice through private lessons for over ten years.  She is also available for weddings and funerals.
