In the Struggle Tuesday: Weight Loss Update

Last week, I shared about my First Place 4 Health group.

Having a group of women to encourage one another and share with, is a great way to stay motivated.keep pressing on

There are times when the weight seems to fall right off and other times when it seems there are no results.

The journey has been long and difficult and I still have a ways to go.  However, since October, I have lost 25 pounds.  I have to admit that it is nice when others are seeing the change in me and make comments.

Next week I’ll share the story of how other changes are occurring.
