The scriptures are full with scriptures about singing praises and hymns to God. There are 64 verses about singing in the Bible and praising God.

For it to be mentioned this many times, it is important to our Lord.

However, we are not the only one singing and praising.

God will rejoice over you with singing

God will rejoice over you with singing

Zephaniah 3:17 says,

“The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,
but will rejoice over you with singing.”

The Lord will rejoice over us with singing. He will watch over us, protect us and he delights in us. His love knows no abounds for us.

We couldn’t ask for more than God to send His son to die for us and rejoice over us with singing.

How do you serve God through song?
