Wellness Tuesday: 9 Healthy Alternatives to French Fries

At work, they serve French fries every day with their sandwiches.  I’ve discovered I need more nutrition than just the sandwich, but the fries are packing the pounds on.

I did some research to discover what some healthy alternatives are that I can fix and take with me.

  1. Baked avocado fries
  2. Sweet potato fries
  3. Zucchini chips
  4. Radish chips—I’m not sure about this one, but I’ll try it once.
  5. Homemade low carb Doritos
  6. Kale chips
  7. Baked mozzarella sticks
  8. Baked broccoli chips
  9. Carrot fries

Which of these should I try first?
