So how this week let’s look at ways to get in our daily dose of vegetables?

  1. Throw some veggies in with your meat or protein
  2. Drink your vegetables
  3. Grill vegetables
  4. Add vegetables to a dish you’re making {Pizza, Lasagna, etc}
  5. Dip them in a light dip such as fat free yogurt or light sour cream
  6. Bake in bread {such as Zucchini bread}
  7. Add to soups or casseroles
