Last week, I shared tips about hills leading to strengthening legs. However, what about my arms?
When walking, I don’t use my arms as much, other than to swing by my side.
So I have to make a concerted effort to work my arms.
Some ways to do this include:
- Arm exercises
- Using resistance bands when exercising
- Using an exercise ball for movement exercises
- Carry weights or dumbbells when walking
- Use cans for strength training
